I ordered a dress from Boohoo. I paid a fee for next day delivery.
It was meant to be with me between the 25th and 27th, but it still has not arrived and I needed the dress.
I tried calling, going online, and talking to them but had no luck. I feel that they are just taking money from customers and don't want to take responsibility for the deliveries.

Preferred solution: Refund on either yearly fee or free dress that I wanted to wear for my party today

We have bought a lot of clothing items which either to long in length or to large. We went Royal Mail to do the returns.
But because it was a lot of items it had to be put into 2 different bags. But there was only one QR CODE.
Royal Mail would accept the 2nd. We explained it was one order but in 2 different bags.
Preferred solution: I am sitting with the 2nd parcel with no QR CODE

After posting on this website about my return issue (sent two coats back and only one was processed as returned) I received a response form boohoo less than 4 hours later and the other coat had been refunded. It took two days for the refund to be processed onto my Klarna account and they were really helpful and apologetic

Dont buy premium delivery, its a scam!
Boohoo have charged me delivery fees for every purchase Ive made since I bought premium next day delivery for a year. There is no one but an AI bot to chat to about it and it cant solve the problem.
Highly frustrating situation although I guess its first world problems.
Refunded the money
I was meant get a refund from a other website but accidentally clicked on boo-boo will u be able to take the money back out of my account on Saturday when I get payed otherwise I will go into minus and it will effect my credit and Im relying on my credit to get my son a car for when he passes his test
