My Order came to my house but its wasnt at my door i have ask my neighbours know one has it, i need a another one or boohoom to refund my money back to me

I ordered something to be paid for 4 times and I have finished paying all the money. They wrote to me to collect more money again next month. Why?

My order got delivered to the wrong address and i just wanted to see if I can get a refund or get another order to replace the one. I never received my order so is there anyway possible i can get my money back if I never received my package

Unable to access live chat . Have paid for item , but showing on system as ordered on the 29/10/2024 and delivered in the 3/10/24!! I have had no email but money has been taken from my bank account

I ordered a dress from Boohoo. I paid a fee for next day delivery.

It was meant to be with me between the 25th and 27th, but it still has not arrived and I needed the dress.

I tried calling, going online, and talking to them but had no luck. I feel that they are just taking money from customers and don't want to take responsibility for the deliveries.

The QR code that l have failed to scan,wanted to return 2 jeans which are too big.Evri said l need to contact boohooMAN to get a new code

We have bought a lot of clothing items which either to long in length or to large. We went Royal Mail to do the returns.

But because it was a lot of items it had to be put into 2 different bags. But there was only one QR CODE.

Royal Mail would accept the 2nd. We explained it was one order but in 2 different bags.

After posting on this website about my return issue (sent two coats back and only one was processed as returned) I received a response form boohoo less than 4 hours later and the other coat had been refunded. It took two days for the refund to be processed onto my Klarna account and they were really helpful and apologetic

The message wasn't delivered to the retailer because the confirmation code arrived late. I am discouraged. Very bad app.

Dont buy premium delivery, its a scam!

Boohoo have charged me delivery fees for every purchase Ive made since I bought premium next day delivery for a year. There is no one but an AI bot to chat to about it and it cant solve the problem.

Highly frustrating situation although I guess its first world problems.

I was meant get a refund from a other website but accidentally clicked on boo-boo will u be able to take the money back out of my account on Saturday when I get payed otherwise I will go into minus and it will effect my credit and Im relying on my credit to get my son a car for when he passes his test

We received a package from you with clothing items in it, but we did not order anything from you at all. There was no receipt or any other details in the package.

Can you please let us know why, and who ordered it?

absolutely terrible, scammers, didnt fit correctly,cannot return items, DO NOT ORDER OFF BOOHOO WEBSITE.
