Made me wary of ordering just because of the trouble I had getting refund for a return.
Parcel was late being picked up from a inpost box,parcel returned to boohoo,there playing dumb saying parcel was delivered,even sent the emails from inpost and there still saying parcel was delivered,terrible customer service no help at all from emails,shocking service

Boohoo was a good company, but for some reason, they are not giving refunds and are telling people we have to have a gift card. Disgusting service.

I am getting very frustrated.
Please help!!!
First of all, I ordered sizes 14 and 16 of the above dresses, but they were too small. I then returned the two dresses, for which I still haven't got my refund. I then ordered the same dress in size 18, as I needed it for a destination wedding. To my surprise, only the scarf of the dress came in a small package. I immediately took a picture and sent it to you to request that you send me the dress as soon as possible, but I've not heard from you since.
You have caused so much stress and inconvenience; I have paid unnecessary postage and experienced a lot of stress. Can you please sort this mess out!!! I am very upset and disappointed. Please sort this issue out, as it is so difficult for me to speak to anyone about it on the phone. I am so disappointed that I don't think I will ever order from Boohoo again. I have been a good customer for a long time, but I didn't know mistakes from your end would cause me this, and not being able to speak to anyone is even more painful and frustrating. Please help me out of this awful situation.

I am paying back klarna which was my purchase method, but I am yet to get my refund from Boohoo since July.
It's really a sad experience, I need my refund and it's very difficult to get to someone from Boohoo to respond. No respond to email and no phone number is going through to them.
This is really annoying and am very sad about all this. I purchased through Klarna and I am been held to pay Klarna when I have not received any refund from Boohoo.

My parcel was to be delivered since the 12th of November, but there has been no delivery, and the staff are not responding to my messages. I'm not happy at all.

I returned my items and instead of a refund. I got gift cards to the value of £150.
Ive sent numerous emails and messages via wats app to try and sort this out .
I am still waiting for a reply 2 weeks now.
I am so frustrated.
Also I have not received 2 parcels . I have premier active service but has been waiting for 8 days.
Chat bot is useless
No communication
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I visited several properties nearby in case a neighbour had it but they hadn't.
I contacted Evri the courier but no joy, I contacted Boohoo customer service after several attempts contacting Evri but no reply from them.
More disappointment as Boohoo have not replied to any of my three emails either.
I never used to have a problem with Boohoo but wont be using them again. You cant seriously be happy to take someone's money without fulfilling the purchase!

I ordered 2 parcels and returned it . Boohoo gave me my refund as a gift voucher £ 130.00.
I didnt ask for it . Dont want it and I returned the gift voucher to them . They have blocked my emails . Ive contacted my bank and waiting for a answer .

I ordered 2 parcels from Boohoo. I've been waiting 3 weeks now.
I tried contacting them. They say it's been delivered. But I never received them. Again, I have been messaging them on chatbot, Messenger, WhatsApp, and via email.
No one can tell me where the parcels are. Boohoo customer service is very poor.
I will not shop with them again. I have now lost £104.90.

Frustrated, dissapointed, at the level of customer service. None .
Worst company ever and I will never be shopping on this site again .My 2 parcels never arrived . I am still trying to resolve this for more 3 weeks .My refund went into a gift card. Which I never asked for . Sent it back to boohoo still awaiting a reply .
Its been more than 3 weeks . So I am still trying to get back my money £ 300 .
I was given 2 gift vouchers for items returned. I never asked for a voucher.
I wrote to them, and they have said that I asked for a gift voucher, and they cannot now give my money back. I have tried telling them I did not ask for a voucher. I want my money. I have tried every platform to communicate with them.
No answer. So it seems that I have lost £145.00.
I am a pensioner and need my money back. This is robbery.
