Tried contacting the help desk, automated service. The first time it stated line was busy, second time it was ringing no answer, 3rd time text advised me to email but then no address was provided/ no response. I was forced to give up in the end because I was so frustrated.

No customer service whatsoever

Dont buy premium delivery, its a scam!
Boohoo have charged me delivery fees for every purchase Ive made since I bought premium next day delivery for a year. There is no one but an AI bot to chat to about it and it cant solve the problem.
Highly frustrating situation although I guess its first world problems.

Faulty jumper

Dear BH Man,
The jumper I bought my son is so badly made it gathers up on one side where the side hem is mis stitched for quite a long way.
I feel pissed that I have to pay to return it and Ive paid a delivery charge for an unwearable jumper. Its so badly seen that one side hangs down longer than the other.
