I made an order on the 30th of September and paid for next day delivery. A week later and still hadnt received it.

Contacted Hermes who said it was damaged in transit and to ask boohoo for a refund or replacement. Contacted boohoo 5 times since then and the response (if I got one) was always we need to wait until the 13th of October before reshipping. It is now the 20th of October and Ive had no responses to my emails or enquiries and still havent received my order or refund.

Im absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the lack of customer services for boohoo and its definitely lowered my opinion of the company.

I will be taking my custom elsewhere in the future. Please reship ASAP and send by next day delivery as was paid for almost three weeks ago.

User's recommendation: Don’t bother.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Boohoo Pros: Ok prices.

Boohoo Cons: Items never delivered, Customer service very poor, Not sticking to policy.
