Trying to return 5 items
Im trying to return 5 different items , I am finding your return system difficult , asking for 1 item at a time, Im a pensioner , and finding this , all items did not fit , they were too big please help me . I have wrapped them back , and have written all there order numbers down .

So I ordered 4 items for Christmas presents on the 14th of November. I still haven't received any of them, and now it's the 5th of December. They said they would sort out the parcels for next day delivery, and that was on the 19th of November.

Bought an item for next day delivery and it has not been delivered
Ordered a tracksuit for next day delivery but it has not been delivered. Tried to get in touch with the customer services but I am not getting a proper response which is very frustrating. I will need a refund of my money for the next day delivery but it looks so impossible.

Im very upset today. I paid a total of 84.95 for two puffer jackets, which I returned.
Then Klarna contacted me and said that they only received 40 from Boohoo. Where is the remaining 43,79??
I already paid 27 for the return shipment, and nobody from Boohoo has responded to me. This is what the WhatsApp AI said to me:
I can confirm that a refund of 40.80 has been successfully issued for one of the items in your order MEU10637****. The remaining refund of 43.79 for the other item is currently in progress and being processed.
Please be assured that your refund is on its way, and we expect it to be in your account soon. Well send you an email as soon as your refund is with your payment provider.

Im still waiting for an agent to contact me and resolve this issue.
I will delete this review once my case is solved, but so far, nobody has responded. Please dont give me excuses like were very sorry, its very busy at the momentthats not my problem.
I did my part and shipped the items back to Boohoos warehouse, which already cost me 27, and I strongly dislike this kind of injustice.
So, Im asking one last time, please fix my issue, contact Klarna about it, and help me out. I need an agent ASAP.

Boohoo seem not willing to refund money.I have been asked over and over again for my email address, order number, proof of return and return tracking number. One person says yes you will get your refund and then Im told I have waited too long to look for my refund.
Im getting nowhere with them but Im going to keep going. Seems like Ill have to get some legal advice.

They just keep telling me that they are busy, this has been going on since 21/03:2025. They have admitted they had the return but have not told KLANA , so they are still taking the payments from me , I’m paying no dresses they have the returns & my money????
I have been though the resolver with this matter as well and they promised nearly 3 weeks ago that their admin team would contact KLANA within 10 days. Now 3 weeks it’s a big joke
4 months this has been going on for. And still you dont reply disgusting but Im taking all this further

No customer service rep to speak to. Waste of time paying for premium.

I have been trying to reach the Boohooman team to resolve my non-delivered order; however, the team was very unresponsive and had only a few channels to contact them. What was really frustrating was the lack of support over the phone, as they seemed not to have a contact telephone number to call.
Overall, the experience was not the best and I would be hesitant in the future to purchase from their website due to poor customer service.

I have sent numerous messages and im just been ignored
I was told somebody would contact me soon. Five hours later, I'm being ignored and won't be told why it's okay when I'm paying for things, but trying to get my money back is ridiculous.

I myself will not buy from boohooman again, they have had my return but two week and still know refund and keep getting same auto message over and over. No number to contact them and all robots.
What a bad company. I will make sure my money is return, if not then i will take it to my bank and they will look into fraud, because It looks like I am not the only one, who has had the same problem. This is a red flag to me.
Your clothes have gone down hill and your customer services is very very poor indeed. Your a joke and what a shame you don’t care about customers but you quick to take there monies?
