Order not received yet and it's more than 10days
Ordered stuff from them and it's more than 10days and no feedback from them on what's goin on??
U can't even call to talk to customer service to check on your parcel
Tracking the parcel it's just sitting in Brisbane...not sure if it's really there kkkkk
So basically no one is there to tell you wat is goin on

Missing package
My item says its delivered Oct 31st, but is not in the office and I cant get in contact with anyone, I finally got a customer service number and no one picked up. Im very displeased, I was really looking forward to getting my new jacket and now I cant even get a refund or at least know where my package is

I have a query about my refund payment on good return back to your company
I ordered the oversized boxy Borg Gothic print hoodie and oversized Borg Gothic print cuffed jogger. The size was smaller than what I expected.
I returned the two items.
To my surprise, when the refund was made, I was only reimbursed for the jogger. The refund for the top is still pending.

Need a refund

Because it looks like at work good
On August 2nd I made two payments for clothing on your website via PayPal one to the sum of 75.99 USD and 90.49 USD. Immediately after I was sent an email stating there was an error and my card would be refunded. Since then I am yet to see the actual funds refunded to my account.

Exhausting returns process; no customer service whatsoever
So I ordered around 120 worth of clothing, that when I received it I felt did not match the photos on the website. I am now returning all of the order which is disappointing and I have never done this before with other brands.
They also force you to ship the return on your own accord, with no documents provided for UK Customs (returning from the EU).
I tried reaching out to Customer Service on their website but they don't list any contacts (emails or phone numbers) and all they have is a bot that always fails to help or connect you to a human (I tried the bot 10+ times).
I eventually found some emails on third party websites (mostly sites like these where other people have the same complaints).
I eventually got a reply from groupcomplaints@***.com but they don't or refuse to understand what an invoice actually is saying I have the email with the order confirmation. I am starting to suspect they are simply not invoicing their sales outside the UK and are avoiding providing an invoice.
Not only did they not provide the invoice at the time of the purchase, they refuse to provide it upon request.
I now have my return stalled by the carrier, as they are requesting the invoice.
Worst company ever! I have never seen anything like this in all my years...

Delivered my package to wrong house

Poor access to Customer Service and item paid for but not recieved

Item not delivered on time
I ordered a dress from Boohoo. I paid a fee for next day delivery.
It was meant to be with me between the 25th and 27th, but it still has not arrived and I needed the dress.
I tried calling, going online, and talking to them but had no luck. I feel that they are just taking money from customers and don't want to take responsibility for the deliveries.

Refund sorted immediately
After posting on this website about my return issue (sent two coats back and only one was processed as returned) I received a response form boohoo less than 4 hours later and the other coat had been refunded. It took two days for the refund to be processed onto my Klarna account and they were really helpful and apologetic
