I bought a tall, relaxed, pixelated camo cargo trouser, but the courier company couldn't deliver it. After contacting them, they said the item has been sent back to the retailer, thus, Boohooman.

I recently used this company as I could not find any contact details for Boohoo . I had been waiting 5 weeks to receive a refund and still had not heard from them.
There was no phone numbers or email addresses I could contact so as you can imagine it was very frustrating. I came across pissedcustomer.com and I filled in a few bits of Information about my issue . It was so quick and easy.
Within an hour Boohoo contacted me and sorted my refund...This would not have happened without pissedcustomer.com sending my query on to Boohoo. I 100% recommend this company.

Dear BH Man,
The jumper I bought my son is so badly made it gathers up on one side where the side hem is mis stitched for quite a long way.
I feel pissed that I have to pay to return it and Ive paid a delivery charge for an unwearable jumper. Its so badly seen that one side hangs down longer than the other.

Horrible says it all! Deleted the app!
There should be someone to speak to OR fix the APP / technology where consumers don't have to go through *** and high water just to place an order! "00PS, RETRY " does not work! I couldn't even open a new account!, no number to call customer service and when I did locate a number, it can't be sure that's the real number!
Lack of customer service
Order placed and realised address hadnt been updated as just moved house. Immediately tried to contact t customer services to amend address or cancel order.
No help whatsoever.
Only a robot! Appalling customer service or lack of!!

I brought a coat but it was too big when I re-ordered it a week later it had gone up £15 ! And it was nearly Black Friday
Ready to unsubscribe from emails and buying anymore clothing.
Customer Service online only isnt a good thing, poor communication skills was highly present in the conversation and frustrating.
No real options for solution to the problem offered. Just went full stream ahead and issued the refund and persisted to blame me for not noticing the error.
Awaiting my refund and not shopping with boohoo again. Typing is painful for me and how boohoo do things isnt for me.

Have not received my return order
I returned an order days ago at the in post , but l have received in return.
It was a heel a bought but the size was small that was size 3 and l should have choose size 4 instead.
